Oh XD Gintama is an anime, and Katsura (the guy in my username) is one of the characters. Everybody calls him "Zura," and it's a running joke that whenever anyone calls him something other than Katsura, he responds with "Zura ja nai, Katsura da," or "It's not Zura, it's Katsura." That's where the username came from.
